Igor Aleksandrovski is founding partner of Apostolska | Aleksandrovski & Partners. With over 15 years of professional experience, Igor is recognized for his expertise in corporate and commercial law as well as Competition, State aid and Tax. His experience covers a wide range of corporate transactions, including M&A;, joint ventures, foreign direct investments, start-ups, and venture capital. He is widely recognized for her knowledge and understanding of the tax implications related to transactions, and investment-related disputes.Igor has a strong background in information technology law and has developed extensive experience in advising on matters related to IP protection and e-commerce and works with a range of clients advising on commercial contracts, IP and media rights. Igor has a particular interest in Sports & Entertainment law and is actively involved in legal project management and transactional advisory.His work includes employment law matters, especially employment termination, unfair and wrongful dismissal, whistleblowing and strategic HR issues.
